BOOKING CONDITIONS:
* Security deposit € 80,00, payable on arrival, refundable on departure;
* Final cleaning: 1-room € 20,00, 2- and 3-room € 30,00;
* Check-In: before 17:00 of the day of arrival; departure by 10:00 of the day of departure;
* Cancellation must be communicated by telegram or in writing by registered post;
* Cancellation penaltiy: upto 30 days before arrival date, 20% of booking deposit; 30-15 days before arrival date, 50% of booking deposit; 15 days or less before arrival date 100% of booking deposit;
* For late arrivals or early departures, for whatever reason, no refund is payable;
* Pets admitted by special request; no pets permitted on mini-bus or beach; end of stay disinfestation charge € 30,00.
Prices include:
Electricity, water, gas, car parking, tourist tax, mini-bus and beach service (from 13/06 to 05/09), parasol, 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed per accommodation, per stay of not less than 7 days. Booking deposit 30% of total cost of stay, balance payable on arrival. For stays of less than 1 week, rates are variable. Apartments equipped with TV and air conditioning.
Optional Extras:
- Bedroom linen € 5,00 per person per week;
- Bathroom linen € 3,00.
